Studio and Gallery Space Opportunities

My goal is to build a communal environment for the freedom of creative expression. It is a gathering space for artisans to collectively work, discuss art, critique, and show ones art.  

The entire studio/gallery space encompasses around 1500 square ft with the front gallery/showing space being around 500 square ft.

I do not like working in a void and I am actively looking for a few artisans who feel that they also want to branch out.  The space can be rented short term or longer terms. The cost will be determined on a case by case situation. Time spent, space needed, etc..

The Studio is well appointed and I do not mind sharing any of my equipment.

I have a proper Overhead Radial Saw, and a Workbench to build and stretch canvases as well as framing paintings.

I also have the ability to help you with those needs.

The space has a mat cutting table with a large Logan Mat Cutter, and a Lg. glass cutter. This large table is also used for printmaking next to a drying cart.

There is a framing table with all the matting and framing needs.

I have both flat files and painting storage for large canvases.

I will not devide the large studio space into smaller ones. All space will remain communal with of course space for your art materials.

There are several easels as well as one large wall easel capable of holding an 8ft x 8ft canvas.

There is a model platform with lighting for personal use or to be used when we have models for drawing sessions (for up to 6 artists participating).

The studio is equiped with plenty of studio lighting, a stereo sound system, and a kitchenette/bathroom/ dressing room.

The front Gallery space can be shared for presentation when bringing clients in, for having shared shows, or to rent for a private show by guest artists. All interested inquiries, fill out the form below and we can meet at the space.
